McKinley's Story

McKinley Little understands the attraction of the Central Coast. Born and raised in San Luis Obispo County, McKinley has also lived in Northern and Southern California as well as Colorado, but she’s always called the Central Coast home. 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Science and a minor in Business, McKinley brings a unique set of skills to her clients. After working on horse ranches for years and learning the wine industry from her husband, McKinley understands all aspects of real estate, including farmland, ranches, and vineyards. 

A people-person at heart, McKinley’s favorite part of the industry is helping families find their perfect home. As a proud member of the Windermere Central Coast team, McKinley carries the values of communication, honesty, work ethic, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

A life-long learner, McKinley enjoys honing her real estate skills with courses and seminars from industry leaders. Her spare time is spent with her husband Zeb, dog Paxton, and horse Molly and volunteering with local youth organizations and equine associations.
